The chomoly is a nice upgrade over stock axel shafts, and the price is really good.

Very great axles broke one with in 3 days had new one no question asked

Rubs on joint but after speaking with customer support found I need to grind down inner area.

When installed passenger side axle, had issue with binding in differential In speaking with a respected member of the jeep community, he said it was likely the shaft was the wrong length. After reinstalling the original axle shaft, the problem was solved, so I called up the manufacturer. They seemed to have no idea what would cause the problem, and didn't want to try to resolve the issue at all...they just said return it...which required me to have to uninstall the working shaft...so extra work. A good resolution would have had me shipping the passenger side axle back and them sending me one that works. Apparently they can be cut to proper size, but none of the auto shops including a cusom shop wanted to try it...so returning item and will buy set from some one else. Update So given that they wouldn't just give me a replacement passenger side axle and I already installed the driver side shaft, I decided to try one more time so ordered another set from Amazon, thinking I could return the old one with the driver side shaft from the new set.... Got it, and the new set was missing the driver side shaft! OK... I could still then return this set with the passenger side from the first set for this one was missing pieces... So went to install passenger side shaft, first comparing with other one and verifying it was indeed shorter, so figured should be good. Go to install it and it doesn't fit in the differential... Slid it in and as soon as it reached the differential it would not go in at all...so tried old one and slid in perfect... So this package had two problems... Missing driver side shaft and wrong shaft for application... How is this comoany still in business... I will go on every jeep forum and share this story... There tech support was crappy, there quality control is horrible, and their packaging is awful... Seriously, two sets and second set worst than first!!! I can not complain loud enough against this company!! Do not order, don't risk it, you will be disappointed.... This is the first time I've ever been angry enough to write a review on Amazon... 12/29/21 update: so for some reason I added these to my Christmas wishlist just because they are so convenient being pre assembled and when you are working in a tight one car garage with limited tools, any little extra helps. Well amazingly my girlfriend actually got me these for Christmas, my third (or fourth set, can’t recall). Well this time the package arrived in much better shape with each shaft in a separate box all packed in a single box that didn’t look like it has been opened before or beat up. Installation was great and easy and everything fit this time. Haven’t driven or tried them, so will see. Upgraded to three stars as if you get a good set they seem good. In time might update to higher.
