I'm writing this review post about 1.5 months of usage. I have been suffering from lower/mid back pain since a while. Its mainly muscular. Since a long time, I've been trying different mattresses but nothing suited me that well. I've tried medium to firm mattress as well but of no help. Middle of the night , I'll be shifting from sleeping on my back to the sides and it'll always be disturbed. In morning, I would have that stiff feeling on my back. After lot of online research, I zeroed in on 2 mattress brands (both selling via online mode and offering returns within x days). One of them was "The Sleep Company". Looking at the details/technology that they use, it seemed something different. It had few reviews and all were fairly positive. The one thing that did not make me that comfortable during my decision making phase was that this company was fairly new one. I did talk to their customer support and they were pretty helpful and honest. Also, the free returns if you are not satisfied, made the risk factor almost nil. With this, I went ahead and bought king size mattress. The mattress was delivered promptly. The packing was awesome (it is vacuum based and rolled up) and looked very neat. Once I opened the package/plastic wrap and lay it on my bed, it started taking its normal shape. The feel looked very rich but for me all this was never too important and what would matter is sleep quality. That night, when I lied down on the bed, I could easily make the difference but it was too early to comment. Throughout the night, I hardly woke up and best part was in morning I could feel a big difference in terms of back stiffness. I woke up much fresh. Did my pain completely go away in morning...... No...lets be realistic. But it made a huge difference. Its been almost 1.5 months, and to be honest, I look forward for the night sleep on this mattress. My wife also found mattress extremely comfortable. It is soft where needed but gives the right support as well. I'm really happy with my decision. If you have been suffering with back pain, I would highly recommend to go with this mattress. They have return policy if not satisfied so should not harm trying for it if you are skeptical. I just hope the mattress lasts long and continues to provide the same level of support and does not sag (something I did get it clarified but only time will tell) Thank You "The Sleeping Company".

Good and value for money bed, very comfortable and reliable

I had a very disappointing experience with The Sleep Company – Luxe Mattress. The product did not meet expectations, and what made it worse was the complete lack of after-sales service and support. After purchase, when I contacted the manufacturer regarding issues and requested service support or an upgrade, there was no proper response or solution provided. The customer support team was unhelpful and showed no interest in resolving the problem. Promises made at the time of sale were not honored. For a premium-priced mattress like Luxe, I expected better quality, better accountability, and at least basic after-sales care. Unfortunately, none of that was delivered.

I bought this product in july last year. With all this technology and everything, it does feel nice. It's soft and there's no disturbance to the person sleeping beside you no matter what you do. Bought the same mattress for my grandfather as well. The biggest downside is you don't feel rested, back support is not enough. Even after good 7 - 8 hour sleep you feel meh. Infact I'm just over 21 and my back and neck is not happy. My grandfather finds it hard to fall asleep on this particular mattress. Overall it does feel nice, soft and Lux. Comfortable sleep, but not enough back support. Edit: Amazing customer support. I got a call few days after I left the review, they explained about the proper usage of the mattress as it was double sided. On top of that they offered me a a free add-on that I can use to get better comfort and support. The mattress is good as it is, but might not be a good fit for everyone, I really like their initiative to consider all types of customers.
