It last for a year only and the battery is getting hot everytime

Im very disapointed that I boght 3 mobiles and 1 less than 1 month got broken and Amazon and nor the seller give waranty, if not waranty Amazon wodnt allow to sell this product on its website, its not a small amount that you can even digest the fact to waste your money, please dear buyers think 2 times before invest your money in this product, you could get a heart attack and big hole in your poket.

Issues - over heating even in normal uses such as FB and YT, call disconnects often, no voice note can be sent in whatsapp, youtube crashes when audio out is by aux. No warranty too.

This phone is everything I expected it to be. I was able to use it with the AT&T network (Cricket) and get going almost instantly. I backed up from my old Razer 2 phone and I was done configuring all the apps I use in about an hour. So far, games run really smooth, especially with Wifi 6. I can even pair with 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz bands at the same time some faster speeds, which I guess is what makes it Dual. I also love the 144hz display. And in case you don't want it to run all the time, there is an automatic mode you can use to lower it down, potentially saving some battery. The battery also lasts fairly long under normal use (web browsing, email, social media), and wears down a little more under stress, like when playing games or watching videos on YouTube, which is normal. I'm always left with about 30-40% by the end of the day, so plenty of juice for what I use it for. Mainly I use a mix of normal apps and games, so I'm really enjoying this phone. No reboots or hiccups to report so far with Android 11.

Since wanting this phone for a while I broke down and finally purchase it. I researched and found a lot of reviewers stating that the phone will work with straight talk, at&t, cricket network except for Verizon. I thought perfect I have straight talk. I was beyond excited. I called straight talk to activate this phone and lo, and behold this phone is not compatible with the network. Straightalk network works with At&t, verizon and such. So, I said let me switch to At&t maybe then it will work since they own their own network. The customer service with At&t worked above and beyond to get this phone working with their network. Guess what!! IT DOES NOT WORK. It's not compatible with any network providers here in the U.S. I am beyong dissapointed. I am always a big ASUS fan but this one is no bueno. So, I invoke a return.

Bought this because it was a steal at 650 to replace my note 10 plus but the biggest downside comes with compatibility of some apps not many but the biggest being Netflix and Pokemon trading card game for me haha but I run GameCube emulators at 45fps and at 1440p so that's awesome reliving my child hood especially with the rog 5 controller you can buy. It makes playing touch screen only games so much more funner with the controller and prettier without your thumbs in the way of the screen! Photos are great so far! The portrait mode acts kinds like my wife's iphone! The rgb on the back has got me alot of looks and I love your case haha which is always a convo starter!
