bought one for work and the other chefs loved its lightweight and ease of handling. Ended up getting another one for home use. Very sharp blade.

Maybe bad series from tuo. Cant even screw it back together if thats what its supose to do.. defect knife forsure. I bout other tuo series knifes never had this problem before. Returning asap and getting my money back fursure.

Didn't even use the knife. Blade was totally loose from the handle right out of the package. Thinking it was just a defect I ordered a replacement. Second one came and was loose as well so now in the process of returning it too.

I have one other knife from Tuo and love it so when I saw this one on sale I figured I would pick it up. Arrived on time but when I opened the box the knive handle was cracked at the very back and it had started to fracture up towards the bolster. Upon further inspection the blade was extremely sharp on the spine which made it quite uncomfortable to work with for any period of more than 5 minutes and the handle was starting to separate from ths bolster. I returned and my money was rturned swiftly. Away from the negative though the knife did have near perfect dimensions and was razor sharp with a very pretty handle shape and color. But despite the positives I had to return it.
