Katz has some amazing gluten free comfort food that taste just as good, if not better, than their gluten-counterparts. The physical stores that carry Katz products in my area are limited, and their Katz product products rarely change. Thus, I was excited to see Katz Gluten Free Store on Amazon, and even more excited to see all the options that were available. Katz sent all the items I ordered via FedEx 2 day, which made me feel comfortable about ordering via Amazon as their products in stores are located in the frozen food section. Unfortunately FedEx stopped updating the tracking information, and four days had passed since the, "Expected Delivery Date." I messaged Katz Gluten Free Store (the Seller in this instance) via Amazon support to see if they could help me obtain updated tracking information from the carrier. Within a few hours a representative from the Seller responded to my inquiry, and they were extremely apologetic although all fault was with FedEx. The representative from Katz Gluten Free strongly recommended that I discard anything in the shipment if it ever arrived, and informed me that they had already issued a refund for the entire order. I was extremely impressed with their level of customer support, and the fact that they remedied the situation before I even had the opportunity to make a refund request or make further inquiries. Although my first order from Katz Gluten Free was unsuccessful, their level of customer support will keep me a loyal customer of their products on Amazon with the peace of mind that their perishable products will arrive safely, and, if not, they will proactively make it right!

These are really good but I don’t know why there’s a $9 delivery fee. So I won’t be buying them again.

They are absolutely delicious which is unusual for a Gluten Free item. I highly recommend you purchasing this item, well worth it.!!!

Not sure if it's the actual recipe or the slow shipping affected the quality. Normally these are amazing but these pumpkin donuts were super dry & stale tasting. Not soft & flavorful like other items.

One year my local store carried these in the fall. I fell in love! Since then they haven’t carried them but I’ve still been dreaming about them. I am delighted to find a way to purchase them. Pumpkin spice doughnuts are a fabulous way to celebrate fall!
