I moved into my house at the end of 2016. I had installed several LED downlights in various rooms. I had a mixture of LED and Halogen lights installed in each room. The light switches that I initially bought, worked fine for the halogen lights and were dimmable. The moment I tried to dim the LED lights, I would get flickering. I tried to rectify this issue, but was told that LED lights aren't made to be dimmed. So I stuck with it and completely avoided dimming the LED lights. Recently, some of the switches had issues, whereby I would need to push the buttons several times before they came on or off, which was a pain. So I looked on Amazon and found this product. I thought I'd buy one just to try it out. I was massively shocked to find that the LED downlights are now dimmable without flickering. Makes a big difference to the vibe and feel of our living room. I ended up replacing all of the other switches in all of the other rooms. The only negative difference between these switches and the ones that I previously had, seems to be that these ones have a slight delay in coming on, which isn't a big deal. And also the actual brightness doesn't seem to be as bright as it previously was. For me, it's not an issue and I would highly recommend this product.

I bought this dimmer switch and one other jewel dimmer and they were professionally fitted and worked exactly as they should. After five months, the rotary control knob broke off. I contacted Amazon customer services to explain and request a replacement under warranty only to be told (quite incorrectly) the switch only had a 30 day warranty which had of course expired. After some discussion, The customer service operator said he would contact the manufacturer which he did(So he claimed) and reported back that manufacturer in China would send a replacement if the existing broken switch was returned by me first. Clearly this was not an acceptable offer as how would I operate? The lights in the room without a light switch? subsequently ended the call in disgust! As a result of this I wrote my initial review which was far from glowing. I subsequently received an email from the Chinese manufacturer stating that the guarantee was for three years not 30 days and that they would be very happy to send me out not only one but both switches Again and not require me to return my existing switches and this has been expedited. This situation arose because the Amazon agent gave incorrect information and I somehow doubt that contact with the manufacturer in China was made in real time whilst I was on the phone to the agent . This company have acted extremely professionally and very promptly and it is good that I can offer them at the very least a five star review. Thank you

Easy to install came with full instructions a really good dimmer switch for LED lights does not make any sound and you can have the lights really low. I am so pleased with this purchase it was just the right size and it looks really nice with the rounded sides. It is really a good quality product and would definitely buy again from this company and would recommend this product.

It's not dimmable, makes a weird noise and the ceiling light keeps flashing. The spot lights work at max intensity only, if you try to lower it, they switch off. Electrician guy had a dimmer with him and his works 100%. He put back this one and it's the same. Waste of money.

Premium quality build but not shiny, it works perfect , and looks good , you won’t be disappointed

Works fine - though check you have trailing edge LED bulbs. Not something I had been aware of, but there are 'leading edge' and 'trailing edge' dimmable LED bulbs. This switch comes ready to work with trailing edge LED bulbs. I noticed that in the instructions it says you can change it to work with leading edge, though I haven't tired doing this. Note that you are advised to reset and program the dimmer once wired in (so you get a full range of dim to bright). Very simple to do - you just turn on the light and then press it on and off eight times to switch to programming mode - full instructions supplied with it. I have it connected to five 4 watt G45 B15 LED Filament bulbs and it works well with them.
