Denso Cabin Air Filter - 453-2024

I did not know that my 02 Chevy even had cabin filters until I came across a video... My 98 Chevy definitely do not have them so I just assumed the 02 didn't either... Look at the pics... I don't think the previous owner knew either. From the looks of it, they were never changed. I pulled out a lot more crap. I can't believe that I was breathing this. I did notice a smell when I turned on my AC. Horrible!!! I even developed a cough & chest tightness. Real talk. Now I believe this is why... Now when I turn on the AC more air flow come out my vents. Don't need control turned all the way up to No# 5 setting to feel the Air. What a BIG difference.... Works so good now I even bought 2 complete boxes for future changing... Dam I didn't know....

After seeing a post on a FB Group that we should change the air filters in your 00-02 Suburban / Chevy / GMC I clicked buy on these and they arrived quickly.I took the Mrs. out for a date in the Camaro and told my 15 yr old to do the job while we were out. Attached in the photo he sent me.Air is fresh and AC is working Better - good maintenance to do before summer time.If you are having AC Issues - could be as simple as replacing these.I doubt our 01 Suburban with 288K+ Mi has ever had these changed, will be replacing annually from here on out.

I allways forget that the 99 and up sierra have a cabin air filter. Pulled mine out, one stacked on the other and they where gross. Cant believe I'm breathing that in through my vents. These where easy to install and well worth the money.
