Two major issues need to be fixed
1) The clock is running fast by almost 5 minutes within one month of resetting it. Not acceptable. I need to know how this can be fixed. Customer service is not reachable. What's the use of a warranty card?2) The mounting hardware is absolutely a junk idea. Please do not mount as per manufacturer instructions. You risk the clock falling on the floor. Use a 2 inch screw with anchor (good old style), drill the screw into the anchor and mount the clock onto the screw head.

Defective product manufacturing
The space for the battery is too long for AAA or AA battery. There's no cover on the area either. Most disturbingly, there isn't even a return option as if the manufacturers knew they were going to fool customers into buying damaged product. Thanks to Amazon customer care, it could be returned forcefully.
