Review: More than a cookbook, this is a beautiful and inspiring book. The design is wonderful, and the content is even better. I especially love the little histories, inspirations, or variations that accompany each recipe. The original way the recipes are categorized makes it stand out from all other books. I bought one copy for myself and five so far as gifts, and every single person has loved it. Review: I was beyond impressed as I explored The Arabesque Table - the stories woven into each recipe, the culinary philosophy behind Reem's narratives, the questions that each page couples with the cooking methods and ingredients were only the beginning. Upon preparing some of the recipes (such as the Muhallabiyeh and Hibiscus Rose Tart), I found them to be very user-friendly especially to a beginner in cooking. As someone with an Arabic ethnic background, a lot of the smells and flavors hit home, albeit with many evolved modern twists that were very much appreciated. An absolute pleasure to indulge in - highly recommend for anyone remotely interested in the foods of the Arab World as we know it!!

What a precious book ! So many interesting recipes and small details. I tried a few recipes , very clear and thus easy to prepare. A Gem.

Pongo tres estrellas porque las recetas no son sencillas de seguir (no soy cocinero inexperto). Libro bonito, pero creo que hay títulos mas prácticos.
