Extremely bright and even lighting when properly spaced.

These are some very bright lights. Been up for about 6 months and still working great. Haven't had any issues with flickering or them getting hot. These are hung at 14 feet from the floor. 6 lights cover a 20x32 foot barn with plenty of light.

Great product. Easy to install. Lights are very well constructed and put off a lot of light!

I mounted two of these light within 12” of fire sprinkler heads rated at 165 degrees. I turned on the lights after install and trained my heat sensor on them the lights do dissipate a lot of heat by design. After being on for one hour the light temp had maxed out at 122 degrees directly on the light. 6 inches from the light the drywall temp was the same as the ambient temperature. 70 degrees. So the lights do a great job of dissipating the heat without conducting heat to the ceiling. I have mine mounted from a 4x4 metal junction box outside the drywall. Less than 6” from the ceiling drywall and approx 12” from a fire sprinkler head that’s rated at 165 degrees and I have no issues with heat as others have claimed. Not my opinion but actually tested with a heat sensor gun that displays surface temperatures. The lights are good quality. Well built. Yes they are VERY bright and due to their design they almost completely eliminate shadows while working under them.

Likes: - these are solid lights with great light output. - they are instant on for brightness. - I was able to mount them without using the eyebolt. I used an M10-1.50x25 bolt and a washer and attached them directly to a light gang box. (Swinging lights would not be good in a hurricane) Dislikes: - The 1/2 inch IPT mount requires an extra bracket that is not included. - The power cable can not be routed through the 1/2 inch IPT mount. (Would not have mattered with my solution anyway. - The seller was not able to provide any information beyond the "installation manual" (A 2 page PDF that has scant details on the 1/2 inch IPT mount option). I questioned them twice and the second time they told me to "consult a qualified electrician". This felt like a brush off. - My mounting solution would probably work with most of the UFO lights that are available, but I chose this one specifically because it mentioned the 1/2 inch IPT mount option. If I would have gotten more details, I might have made another choice without feeling like these were the only option. Neutral: - I'm not using the dimming feature. I just left the wires for the dimmer tied up and not connected.

It’s the bast light for me and best prices.
