An excellent supplement for energy and heart health. Easy to take.

These soft gel capsules are easy to swallow, they are on the small side ! Very effective for my situation, it was recommended by my psychiatrist for brain health, as well known it’s also beneficial for heart health! Very good quality and high absorption is key ! They are red in color , easy to use, even for taking when I’m traveling!

During shipment if the weather is hot the capsules stick together, but even a more expensive brand does that also. They are great for the $ paid.

Not sure yet takes little bit to get into system has only been few days. I will update later once can tell any difference. but the packaging very clear to understand so will give 3 for directions at this point. - updated review. After time for this to get into system it has helped tremendously. My heart Dr. recommended once i started having issues with my chloresterol medication. It works and I have been able to sleep again.

Works great, but very pricey

I have a condition that makes it difficult to focus and stay awake. The condition had gotten worse prior to a vacation I had planned for a few months before. I started taking this about a month before I was set to leave and all through the two month vacation. It does exactly what it’s supposed to. I had the most active and best vacation of my life to date. I barely felt the jet lag, well…until I got back home. But I didn’t actively do anything to reset my clock either. This product is amazing.
