We buy this all of the time.We mix it with some brown sugar and oil and coat our carrots with it, then grill them.Its a big hit and delicious. The kids even take them as a snack in their lunches. My husband is famous for his carrots made this way.

City Market used to get a seasoning in bulk they used on chicken in their deli. My son loved it - but they don’t sell just the spice and it was not labeled. My son found a comment on the internet somewhere that this was actually what they use. Seems like it is - not positive . But he likes it and is really picky…

Pretty good stuff

Have this one taking up valuable space on the go-to shelf. It goes on chicken, ribs, breakfast sausage, fruit, ... It's pretty darn tasty in a cup of cold brew coffee too.

I had some jumbo chicken legs so I gave it a shot. Definitely could taste cinnamon. A little heat. Would use again. Salt level was very good. And I put a good cake coat on them. It’s different than most typical rubs. Nice change from ordinary. I may try on some pork ribs soon.

This has been my favorite seasoning for years. Sadly, it disappeared. It took months of searching to find it on Amazon for an exorbitant price. I am so excited to see it back again, reasonably priced.Being on a reduced sodium diet for afib and heart failure, just a light sprinkle flavors food beautifully.There is no need for a heavy hand when using it. It would make me so happy to use it liberally to make a nice crust while roasting chicken and veggies, but a light sprinkle keeps food heart healthy…
