2 Sheets of Sheath/Holster Making Foam - Thermoform Molding - (16x6x1)

I use my oven to heat up the kydex to flexibility and found that some of the foam may come off on the kydex. The foam allows forming of the kydex to really follow the contours of the item. I do recommend it, but don't expect it not to be affected by heat.

Overall a good product. The foam, however, started to melt and has left an imprint of the kydex plastic after the first use. Wish it was a little more heat resistant so the foam did not melt.

Excellent for making a mold for any type knife sheath or gun holster. I attached one sheet for the top part of a mold maker, and one for the bottom part of the molder maker, and made a couple of very nice molds that came out perfect.

Doesn’t like heat very well I put some .80 kydex in it at 300-350 degrees and it basically melted a knife sheath implant in the foam

After the first time I used it melted to the kydex and is now useless never buying again and I used a heat gun to heat up the kydex
