Cheap quality and Amazon cheated us
Uter waste product, Amazon company is fooling customers there is replacement on this product but now seller marked as replacement delivered which is not..and now Amazon team saying raise new product by making payment. Such a cheap Amazon team. I am going to file case in consumer firm.

Good Product After Months of Use, But Lock Quality Is a Concern
I’ve been using this product for about 6–7 months now, and overall it’s quite good. However, I’m always a bit worried about the small locking point—it doesn’t seem very solid. If that tiny part ever breaks, it might be really difficult to open or use the product properly. A more durable lock would give better peace of mind
