I have probably bought thousands of dollars of merchandise over the years from third-party Amazon Marketplace sellers. I have NEVER dealt with a company like this one. You need to keep that in mind when making the buying decision: you're not just buying a set of blinds, you're buying the services of a company.The (figurative) ink was hardly dry on my order when they contacted me wanting to make sure they provided exactly what we want. I've had sellers respond to complaints or inquiries in the past, but never had one contact me proactively at their own initiative like this. For blinds that need to fit within a window frame, they offer to get it accurate to a quarter of an inch. We ended up not accepting any of their offers for customization, but were impressed with the gesture.Then after the order arrived, it turned out we had to return one item, and I placed an order for a replacement. Again I immediately heard back; they offered to send a replacement free without my returning the original. When I responded that we had already shipped the return, they told me that if we had any further issues, we should contact them directly. (Probably what we should have done in the first place, but we didn't realize the level of helpfulness to expect.)Oh, and I guess I should mention that we like the blinds too. They look good, were easy to install, and are easy to raise and lower. If 5 stars means we're completely satisfied and can't think of any way to improve, they deserve 6 or even 7.

This company really impressed me. I placed my order and later received a phone call verifying my measurements and where I wanted to hang the shade, ensuring that it would be right and have the correct style brackets when it arrived. I think this is an above and beyond level of customer service. Just installed the blind myself in about 15 minutes, no issues, I am very happy with it. The blind fits perfectly with enough room for the door handle to still be used with the blinds down, and looks very clean and nice on my new door.

I really liked these blinds but I've only had them for 2 weeks and they already ripped :(I'm really bummed!

I LOVE these!! I don’t very often write a review, but these need to be reviewed! The customer service is outstanding, they contact you after you order to make sure you order the right size to begin with (you can see I have an obsurdly large window and wanted to use 3 separate shades), we emailed back and forth a few times as I had an odd request due to the size of my windows, and they absolutely delivered! The shades came very quickly, they are very light, very well made, fit perfect, easy to install, and even easier to use! Highly reccomend!

They emailed me to get correct measurements and to know if it was in inside mount.It arrived earlier than expected. Its great quality.Pictures attached are glass block window during daylight before installation, then when we mounted it at night, and then the final product on the last picture.There is a gap on the sides that I created when I gave measurements due to the bottom tiles that stick to the inside if the frame at the bottom, making the measurements narrower in the tiled area where it lands. Purchased 5 of these for one room (ordered one first to see). I was impressed by the quality of the product, and the ease of install. Customer service is great, I would recommend that you call the 800 number on the blind page a few days after your order. Then you don't have to wait for them to contact you to confirm the measurements. Almost no hold time, friendly helpful representatives.The Blinds were everything they said they were and more. We love them. Took myself and my son about 20 minutes to install 4 blinds including unwrapping them from the packaging. I will be ordering more as we replace curtains throughout our house.TIP: have a drill and an electric driver of some type during the install. Measure the location for the clips, on the window, mark with a pencil. Hold clip at the location, drill starter hole, put down drill, use driver to drive the screw in. Make sure the clip is square, drill the second hole drive in the screw, and then move onto the next one.LOVE THE PRODUCT...….

This is false advertising. You get it and is is 6 pills a day. That’s ten days worth.

Fit exactly ,easy to install very good service from seller who emailed me within 24 hours for the measurements of the window. Delivery was more than a week less then they estimated. Will buy again when more blinds need replacing.
