No idea what other reviewer is smoking. Lecithin is a cheap supplement which helps your brain health a lot. It contains Phosphatidyl-choline about 20-25% by weight and several similar compounds which are essential nutrients for brain health. In fact there is a medicine/costly supplement called citicholine which can be substituted with lecithin and the positive effect on brain health is almost similar. Sunflower lecithin is better than soy lecithin because soy contains some anti nutrients like goitrogens and phytoestrogens. This product from saipro is good quality lecithin based on a few bags I purchased. take 1 teaspoon per day for good brain health. If I forget to take it, I feel a lack of positivity in my thoughts. So I make sure to take it everyday with some tea. Taste is mild, dissolves in water/tea, or just eat directly.
