Not very absorbent
At the first glance, these underpads seemed really soft, and felt as if they wouldn't cause any skin irritation. While that remained true, the absorbency leaves a lot to be desired. Moreover, the underpads get a wet and limp look very soon, even if there is no discharge. This underpad might be suitable only for mild incontinence, not for bed-ridden adults or babies.

waste of money
Cheap quality so flimsy and it did not absorb properly and the surface is always wet...waste of money...I suggest never buy these one

My Dogs Love Them!
I don't know about actual people who pee in the bed, but my Chihuahuas fill these pads up every day! They don't leak, and my dogs give them two paws up!

Too Expensive. You can get your pharmacy to order you a case for $30.
These are the best pads ever , I use them as dog pee pads.

Just okay
The ones I bought were thin you couldn't use them as a draw to roll over because they were thin. They didn't leak but they didn't stay as dry as I like. The good thing is they were cheap when money was short and they will get the job done.
