Jusy what I eanted to replace my broken krups. It is all SS even the screen is thinner SS. No plastic in contact with water. Push the button and it boils water and it has a 5 year mfg warranty. Which reminds me I need to register it.

It works well and it is safe. No toxins in your healthy tea. Heats well quickly and easily. More expensive but worth it.

Very neat and sleek looking kettle. Boils water well. Holds a good amount of water and is easy to use. Heats up quickly. Functionality is good. Only downside is there’s a plastic piece at the spout / opening which is flimsy.

We love this electric kettle!! Our old electric kettle broke down, it wasn’t an easy task to find a new kettle. After 3 tries with other kettles which we returned because of different problems with products, I choose Zwilling product even though it was over my wife’s budget. I choose the simple model with no temperature controls and that was the best $$ spent.This kettle is the safest electric kettle, even it’s body is real cool to touch when water boils. It’s safe for children or elderly.Water boils quickly about 2 to 4 minutes depending on how much you fill.There is NO plastic parts that touch water, the removable filter is stainless steel.Some reviewers said that they found rust buildup after use. Not in my case, I had it for more than a month and all I found a bit of calcium buildup after a month. Cleaned it as recommended by manufacturer with vinegar and the stainless steel looks like I just took it out from the box.The kettle is not lightweight, it’s approx. 2.8 pounds. It’s no problem for me, my wife or children but my mother in law has to use two hands due to arthritis.Overall it’s a GREAT PRODUCT! Absence of temperature controls is no problem because we drink mostly black tea. And when I drink green/herbal teas just use a thermometer. Next time will choose temperature control Zwilling.

This electric kettle is really well made. Sturdy with a smooth surface, the inside is metal (even the inside of the lid), the outside a smooth plasticy material. It runs much quieter than kettles I have used in the past. The button has the Zwilling logo on it, which lights up when the kettle is on, which is a nice touch.There was almost no chemically smell to it when I took it out of the box, and the bit that was there dissipated quickly - within two uses.
