I've bought more of these for myself as well as gifted a set
Just like the pictures, I really do use for a multitude of drinks - soft drinks, beer, red wine. So good I've bought an extra set (to cover breakages), and my parents liked them so much I gifted a set to them as well.

Lovely versatile glasses
I really love these glasses. I was getting fed up with accumulating so many different glasses for different drinks, and wanted something that you could serve anything in. You can serve up wine, sherry, brandy, gin and tonic, or soft drinks in these, and your guests will think you brought out your best glasses for them. They look good and have a good weight. They are actually quite sturdy and you don't feel like you will a accidentally shatter them if you put them down too hard. Well made and look good in the kitchen. Go for it.

Lovely versatile and stylish glasses
Big hit with my family - serve wine, beer, cocktails, G&T - these glasses seem to suit them all. And smart looking, usually the case with Dartington of course.

Far too big for "all rounders" each "wine" glass takes a pint!!
I was looking at wine glasses as a gift. I'm not a wine-drinker, but I do know that red wine glasses are larger than white wine glasses as red wine has to breath. My wife wanted some new wine glasses so I thought I'd surprise her and get these that were listed as "all round". I wrongly assumed that this meant they would be half way in between white wine and red wine size. But no. When Dartington say "all round" they mean any drink. These are pint glasses!! They are huge and each one takes 570ml. Now to be fair, it does state this on the listing, but I didn't appreciate how much that was. If it had said each glass was 1 imperial pint, I would have known and left them as who wants a pint of wine with their evening meal? :)

Ok
I am disappointed with these glasses as they have very large ‘bowl’ area, making them difficult to hold with one hand. Also the glass itself is very thin, and it’s uncomfortable to drink out of. So I would say think twice before you buy.

A Real Allrounder
I love these glasses they are so versatile they are great for wine at the dinner table, brilliant for a casual glass of beer or lager, or super for cordials and pop. Not forgetting they hold a mean cocktail!
