very nice texture and taste. used it according to recipe instructions, plus a few extra mushrooms. Nutritious and delicious. I thought I had ordered the cam argue red rice, which is totally amazing, but apparently hit wrong button and got this. Very disappointed I ordered the wrong thing, but was a great mistake!!

Red color when soaked
I soaked the rice medley and pink/red color started bleeding. I am not sure if it is dyed or natural for the color to come out. I am skeptical so I did not cook it.
