Its very good tasting, easy to rehydrate, and has no soy ingredients
Its very good tasting, easy to rehydrate, and has no soy ingredients.....only milk.Since I'm very soy intolerant...that's why I switched from Nestlé Nido to this. I'm happy with my choice. This makes great cocoa and whipped toppings

Great quality and value
This brand is the best quality and value. Not just milk but a whole bunch more different products. Peanut butter, butter, chocolate egg whites, egg yolks, whole eggs, cheese. Pretty much all the pantry staples.

effective
I like using this instead of keeping milk on hand because I don’t drink milk. handy to use, but there are no equivalent listed on the back for measuring out product to water. I had to do some math and then write them down on the back myself.

Using to transition toddler from formula to whole milk
Im using this to transition my 1 year old from formula to whole milk, it’s easier to add warm water to her bottle then to heat up ice cold milk from the fridge, I start by using 80/20 ratio then gradually move over to the whole milk powder. They don’t have the single serving instructions on the bag so here it is: To shrink this recipe down to a single serving, let’s first calculate the ratio of milk powder to water:1. Milk powder: 4.5 cups2. Water: 3.75 quarts (equivalent to 15 cups)Step 1: Ratio of milk powder to waterStep 2: Single serving proportionsAssuming a single serving uses 1 cup of water:• Milk powder = .Final Single-Serving Recipe:• Milk powder: 4.8 tablespoons (or 4 tbsp + 2 tsp)• Water: 1 cupSo I add about 1/2 T- 1 T per ounce of water for her bottle. Hope this helps any other mamas out there!!

It Seems To Work Fine In My Recipes
After noting that milk from the store generally went sour over time, I decided it might be wise to switch to powdered milk that I could rejuvenate on demand. So far that has worked out well for me. The only thing that I was apprehensive about was that the bag wouldn't reseal easily at all, so I transferred the powder to sealed jars for safekeeping.
