Masterplast Instant Relief Ice Wrap Cold Bandage, 3.2M X 10Cm

I opened the resealable packet and was very impressed with bandage, both the cool feel and aroma it exudes tell me that this item does exactly what it claims, and indeed would be very beneficial however, there are very clear important notes printed on the package about how to use and who should not use the bandage, unfortunately it lists at least 3 reasons why I cannot use it. Which is very disappointing but I would highly recommend this item but please read the notes.

It's good the first time you use it as its cold and does help but after that it's just a bandage as it dries up......even keeping it in the package

Love these wraps, keep one in my first aid kit all the time. Having daughters who play football means it’s an essential. Really easy to use, the wraps stay cold for a long time and the self adhesion makes it so efficient.

My wife badly bruised her leg, it was too painful for ice so I used the Ice wrap Bandage. The results were fantastic, both reducing the pain and the swelling.
