Q: What color is the side fabric? and, it is Leather or faux?

It's white or more like an off white/egg shell color. It's Faux leather. It feels very thin like whithin a year it will start peeling off.

Q: What are the dimensions of the seat?

The seat is 21 inches wide and 21 inches deep (from back to front of seat). I have had this chair about 1 year and it still feels like new cushioning.

Q: What is the weight limit on this chair?

I searched and found another website which shows 250lbs, and that is average for this type of chair.

Q: this chair has only 1 review that was bad. Has anyone else bought this chair/ If so what do you think about it?

Ignore that one bad review, the guy probably either broke the chair himself or put it together wrong in the first place. This is a great chair.
