Great product. Super bright. Easy options.
I have a urinal out in my shop, but the off/on switch is located on the outside wall about 3' back. It is very inconvenient to reach back to that switch and turn it on or shut it off. So I purchased this light.INSTALLATION: I removed the current light fixture and, using the old screws, just screwed on the new bracket (holes are a perfect match). The power connection to the light was a breeze using their fancy connectors (just push the white wire of the light into the connector, and push the white wire from the power into it and it locks the wire in place; do the same for the black wire). You place the light on the bracket and give it about 1/8 turn to secure it on the bracket. Done! The motion-activated light was great! However, 30 seconds wasn't always enough time. I carefully popped off the plastic housing (to gain access to the settings). Once there, I noticed the default setting for the light color was "switch". Well, I have a standard on/off switch, not a dimmer switch, so I tried the 6,000K (almost a bluish-white), 4,000K (super bright and perfect color), and the 3,000K (too amber-colored for my liking). I set it back to 4,000K and noticed it was a heck of a lot brighter than the "switch" setting was, and it was plenty bright before I messed with it. So that was nice. The next setting was the three dip switches. The first dip switch controls the motion sensor (on or off). In my case, I wanted the motion sensor so I can just leave the outside power switch on at all times and take advantage of the automatic timer in the unit to shut it off automatically. The next dip switch allows you to change it from 30 seconds on to 120 seconds (120 seconds is plenty of time for me), so I flipped that dip switch down. The last dip switch controls the light sensor (day/night). In my case, I left the default setting to "day" because there can be a moderate amount of light in the shop if the front shop doors are open. If you leave it on the default "day" like I did, the light comes on regardless of how much light is already on. Obviously, the "night" setting would only cause the light to turn on when it sensed there was little to no light. For me, the best settings are 4,000K with 120 seconds (just set 2nd dip switch down). Perfect. Now my wife is wanting me to replace two of our master closet lights with these. The only thing I will do different is pop the cover off first, before installing, and switch it to 4,000K and 120 seconds. It is easier to do that when the unit is on your desk than on top of the ceiliing, already installed.

Ceiling mount front porch motion light
We replaced our existing 6" LED recessed can light at the front porch with this light. The installation was simple, easy. It looks nice and cost is relatively competitive. The light works very well meeting our needs and requirements. We love the light. Following are constructive comments:1. Need better instruction on how to remove the lens for access to the switch and other settings.2. Supplying wire connectors is an excellent idea, however, a push-down type similar to Wago connectors would make it more convenient especially when the work is up high.3. The bracket to attach/secure the fixture needs to be a bit longer than the 6" diameter of the can light cutout. This is especially true when the cutout was a bit sloppy.Again, we are totally happy with this light. Wish we would have found this light sooner. A good quality product.

Easy installation
For some reason I had low expectations but pleasantly surprised how easy this light was to install as well as the warmth of the 3000k setting and the motion detection. All the hardware is included to easily attach to an existing box and the bracket is wide enough that it allowed me to move the light about 2" off center to look more centered in the hallway. Pops off easily for painting. Motion detection works well, and can find me about 10 feet out in a 92" ceiling. I saw a complaint that the light goes off after ten seconds but that's only when you turn the light switch on the first time. It should go without saying that the light switch to this light should always be on if you want motion detection. You can set the automatic turnoff to 30 seconds or 120 seconds. The light will stay on continuously if you're within range of the motion detection. Good price, works well. Hope it lasts several years.

Good Product but lousy documentation
First for the positive:The light works perfectly and lights our 10 by 12 walk-in closet well. I prefer a warm light and this is in the 2,700 to 3,000 range when set to the 4,000 setting. The sensor is sensitive and keeps the light on with minimal movement while I'm in the closet. Installation was easy with the exception of the issues that I will cover below....and the negative:The wiring does not follow standard color code. White connects to a terminal labeled "L" and the Black to a terminal labeled "N". Since white is supposed to be the neutral, I contacted the seller and he said to follow the label and not the color; that works fine. While checking the terminal where the wires connect to the lamp, I discovered that the screw was stripped and would not tighten the wire properly. I received a replacement from Amazon and there was no problem with the second light. Finally, the dip switch that enables the sensor has "ON" printed on the switch itself and "ON" labeled on the light housing in the opposite position. Fortunately, the documentation mentions setting the switch in the "down" position to enable the sensor; that works fine. Given that there were cheaper lights, my expectations were higher. Time will tell if this is a reliable light. For now, I'd recommend the light.

Great light!
After 2 years of use, is still working like the first day. It's perfect for a closet or pantry. In my case I install it in a closet that don't have a switch. Now I going to order another one for another closet😁.

Perfect motion sensored light
This is a second time I bought this light and it works perfectly in the closets I installed it in. Because of its low profile it a little bit difficult to install, but nothing too cumbersome.

The media could not be loaded. We actually saw this product at my cousins house which was installed by their stairs. It was great for them because it was dark and steep. We thought it'd also be great for our back door. It only has a couple steps but we always trip especially when super dark.I like that you can set up how long before it goes off after it turns on. Sometimes though, it can detect you right away, sometimes (as on the video) it takes a few seconds.Overall, we liked it, works great, and price is reasonable.

apparently not legal to be sold in Canada
DO NOT assume this fixture is legal to be sold and installed in Canada just because Amazon Canada sells them.We hired an electrician to install these, only to find out they are not legal to be sold and installed in Canada as they do NOT have CSA approval stamp. He offered to install them if we really wanted but it could be our liability if our place ever catches on fire and the insurance finds out we had non-approved fixtures, doesn't matter if the fire actually came from them or not. They probably will work fine and never cause fire, but it's the mere fact that you had them in your place that will get you. We decided to return them. If you are going to use these, understand that there is potentially a huge liability issue. Fire losses tend to cost big money.
