I love this. U can adjust the resistance. U can use for a lot of work outs . I take this to work and use it at my desk.

This product cord snapped after a couple uses. I’m so disappointed I paid the money and it ended up snapping! Thank god I didn’t have the tension tighter or I would have lost an eye. If I could rate less than a 1 I would

I have to be honest..this is a bit tough on the knees and it’s not easy to use..The diagrams they show that are included make it look a lot easier..It’s kind of wobbly & wonky....

I've only had it for about a month. I have been using it about 3 times a week for 2 weeks. I was using it more than 5 minutes, though. The band is starting to wear out. I've changed the setting to compensate, but it's going to get too easy or too hard. I read a review where the band broke and almost broke a customers TV stand. I've hoping to buy stronger replacement bands.I liked it. I was doing cardio (5,000 steps walks) then the home gym. I lost 4 lbs in 1 week doing both together.

The rubber band has already broke. If the rubber band was made better it would be a wonderful product to use.
