This is amazing! It heats up in 2 minutes and stays hot for a long time. And, it stays close to my lower back with the Velcro strap. There’s even an extension strap! I highly recommend this for anyone who suffers from low back pain.

I've been using home made tube socks filled with rice which work perfectly fine for years however I wanted to have wider coverage of my back etc which I don't get from the roll type sock. I should have gotten this item long ago... Some key notes are the velcro allows for tighter positioning anywhere like a knee or elbow and simply being able to walk around while wearing it is a game changer. It holds the heat for a very generous long amount of time and the material is quite comfy. It is double sided which is a thoughtful feature for winter time or summer use. I would have like to be able to have a cover that comes off to wash but it doesn't though they provide a mesh bag to wash it in, have not done yet. I most likely would soak if sink as a delicate, not in washing machine or dryer. Definitely needs to be microwaved for at least 2 mins, I do 3 and my other micro that is not as strong for 4 mins. I'm used to wearing these daily so it may be too hot for some which you can play with the time duration. Have never tried freezing it and probably won't having separate items for that. Another huge factor is there is a lot of stuffing, it is very well filled unlike many others so you really get a concentrated heat w/even dispersement. This is not cheaply made at all, stitching is strong and overall quality for the price is more than I expected. I use this daily, really researched the different brands and this hit all the marks after experiencing it. Bought all my family one.

This is by far the BEST heating pads i have ever bought and used. Its soothes and relaxs you with the relaxing smells of lavander. My son uses the neck one and he goes to sleep within minutes

I use it every single day. I actually wore out the one I bought last year. This heating pad is so convenient with the velcro straps. You can use it anywhere that your body aches.

Great size for the lower back, and doesn’t take long to get hot. It does get moist when heated, so I find that a bit difficult to use while lying down or sitting because I don’t want the moisture to transfer to my furniture.
