Great steak knives! Very sharp and slice right through steak and chicken. Sharp enough to use as an everyday paring knife. Feel heavy but balanced. Handles were a little bigger than my old knives so I had to replace my knife block. The grip is great though and they are dishwasher safe. I think they will be very durable and will last a very long time.

These knives were just what I was looking for. They are very sharp and hold up well in the dishwasher. I have had them for several months and use them everyday. I would have given 5 stars but some of the knives are getting small rust/tarnish spots that I can't seem to get off. Even so, I would buy them again
