Great for all who need to move think.
Adult with anxiety, ADHD and CPTSD here and these have helped me a lot. It's been a stressful couple of months and I feel like I can't hold still or if I do I'll fall apart. These help me not bounce my leg, click pens, drum my fingers and help me stay on task w/o annoying even myself.
