Excellent vitamins. I appreciate getting everything I need as a vegan in one. No stomach upset at all.

These are the best vitamins geared towards vegans / those with plant-based lifestyles. You can tell because they emphasize the vitamins that are more difficult to get on a plant-based diet. Very easy on my stomach and easy to swallow. Amazing company and product. I think the price is reasonable. Highly recommended.

I absolutely love Vegan Vitality! I consider it user-friendly compared to other products I have tried. You only have to take one tablet per day and the tablets are a good size and easy to swallow. I also appreciate the fact that there is no after-taste or odor to each tablet. Compared to other products, the pricing is reasonable. I have purchased Vegan Vitality for a couple years now and I believe I have an increased energy level and seem more focused!

They are a slightly large pill but it's easy to swallow with water if you are used to taking pills. For some people who might dislike taking pills, the size might deter you. I've crushed it up once and added it to my smoothie and there was no bitter or foul taste/odor, if you would like to go that route. I take them with my vegan omega 3 pills I've also ordered on Amazon. I was happy to see it does include Iron in these vitamins so I dont have to take a secondary supplement pill for that as well. I've only starting taking them so I dont have much to report yet in the effectiveness or how it affects my energy levels but I haven't had any negative side effects. The only cons so far is that they're on the more expensive side of vitamins but worth it if you don't want to take anything with animal byproducts. I'm happy with this item so far!

We switched to a vegetarian diet about a year ago and have tried a few different multivitamins, with this being our favorite. Very happy with all the vitamins and minerals as well as their proper dosage. We are also able to save money by no longer having to purchase additional supplements that this vitamin includes!

I’ve been taking these vitamins for years now, and I’m absolutely loving them. I have my blood work done regularly and accept for Calcium, I’m doing great! I’m a long time VEGAN, and these have helped me maintain my health. I especially love only having to take one pill a day. I use to take them first thing in the morning but due to other medications I take, I take 1 at noon with some food. I don’t find them difficult to swallow but they are not a small pill, and they don’t upset my stomach.

A fellow vegan friend recommended these vitamins to me, and I've been taking them for years. A vegan diet can make it difficult to receive your daily nutrients, but these really make a difference! I definitely feel more energized, and my iron levels, in particular, are back in a good range.

Super Produkt, jedoch hatte ich wenige Wochen nach Einnahme leichte Beschwerden im Leberbereich bekommen.. Ein leichter Druck bzw minimale Schmerzen. Ansonsten super dosiert. Etwas störend finde ich den Geruch und den Geschmack, aber das geht mir bei allen Multis so

Je suis très satisfaite de la B12 de Vegan Vitality. Étant végétarienne depuis plus de 10 ans, j'en prends tous les jours. Au début je prenais la plus connue, la Veg1. Mais cette fois, je voulais en essayer une autre. Celle de Vegan Vitality apporte en plus des vitamine A, C et K et plusieurs minéraux qui ne sont pas dans la Veg1. La livraison était rapide et l'emballage était parfait. Je repasserai une commande mais j’alternerai entre Veg1 et Vegan Vitality. Chaque marque a des avantages et je pense que c'est mieux d'alterner.
