LOVE THESE PANTS!!!
Alright, so since I only have 1 con I'll get it out the way now. My only con with these pants is that they do not come shorter than 30in. Now this isn't really too big of an issue because I can go get them sized.Pros, these pants are comfortable af. They have so many pockets I really do not need to have more than one item in each, which saves my phone screens from getting to scratched up. I also have designated pockets for my edc gear which is awesome, no more rummaging through my 2 front pockets to get a blade or light out. The quality is amazing & if for any reason you have to reach out to Vertx for warranty issues they're a breeze to communicate with. Love the netted pocket material which allows for a little more air to the legs. I love them so much I own 3 pairs of their pants now, a pair of socks, & 1 of their backpacks, all great quality stuff. 👌🏽 Vertx has not let me down.

comfortable with an athletic fit
Had to return one pair for a torn stitch. But they are very comfortable. Soft and stretchy. I would definitely not classify them as a "relaxed" fit. As others have pointed out, they are a pretty athletic fit. Wouldn't say "tight" per say around the thigh.. but if you are a guy with bigger legs.. probably not for you. I'm a fairly normal build guy.. I like them as I'm trying to get away from baggy/loose pants.

I understand why these are talked about so much.
Tight at the thighs and I am a pretty skinny dude but other than that these are great pants! Work, range and rucking. Little to no fraying throughout. There is mesh in the front pockets which I am not a big fan of. The slits at the knee bend is fantastic and boots fit under the pant legs easily. All of the EDC knives in my rotation fit perfecting in the extra side/front pocket but the leather has stretched out some pocket clips. Moving my wallet to the mag pocket instead of the actual back pocket is just the right spot for me.

Not for hipsters, these pants are for men.
I hate pants these days. Low rise, skinny, tight… If I wanted to wear womens jeans I’d just take them from my wife. These pants are built by men for men. Great fit, not too tight or baggy. Move extremely well with you. Don’t constrict movement in any way and stay put; no hiking them up or shifting them around. Perfect weight, not too thin or thick. They seem very durable. Pocket layout is very good. Great for concealing things big and small. Super functional in all environments from hiking, casual, and don’t look too bad if you need to clean up a little for a night out or an office environment. My new favorite pants hands down. If you’re on the fence about buying these pants do yourself a favor and click the buy now button. You won’t be disappointed.

Super comfy
So first off holy crap are these expensive But worth it. Tamarac if anyone is wondering is lite gun metal Grey, I don't know what this Tamarac nonsense is about just put regular colors down so it's not so confusing.1.The pockets are outstanding in these pants. Probably the best I've ever seen2. Appendix carry with these pants is very comfy and doesn't pinch or cause discomfort like many other pants I have.3. These pants are 98% cotton and 2% spandex and there good. Did some range days, did some hiking, bummed around in slides at Walmart and these pants worked for everything no issues.4. These pants aren't starchy and abrasive like other tac-pants. They can actually be worn like casual pants but with a gun and like 6 knives hidden really well and a few mags. And 2 phones. They have alot of pockets and fully loaded are still chill comfortable pants.5. Will by 3 more pairs but that price is outrageous. Needs to come down to 50 usd at least.

Comfort and Flex: Mediocre Craftsmanship
As with the other reviews, the craftsmanship is mediocre. There are lot of loose threads and inconsistent stitching.Besides that, the pants deserve 5 stars. The pants are incredibly comfortable and the major pockets are very useful for EDC or outdoor activities such as the range or camping. The pants are straight fit, but are very roomy and act like athletic pants. They also do not scream tactical for a gray-person look.

The pants are prefect, except where it matters.
The fabric is breathable and quality feels great on the skin. The waist size (42) is perfect and fits my belts. The leangth of the legs (32) were perfect and the pockets were plenty for my knife, phone, keys, and ear buds. However, when comes to pants, what's the most important part of fitment... the croch. I'm 6'2 and 250lbs, the kind of person who these pants were built for, and holy hell this either rides up on the family jewels way too tight and is very painful, rides up your butt giving a massive wedgie, or both trying to balance out which hurts less. For the price, I expected this to not be an issue and yet here we are. I want to love these pants, but this is a deal breaker. I will be returning the pants, but will be ordering longer pants that may correct the issue and going up one size on the waist.Very very very disappointed...
