This thing works exactly as it should. It is very easy to install and the movement of the arm has a surprising amount of flexibility (meaning that you can position the arm pretty much however you want). I could not be happier with this. Note that there is an adjustment for the "tightness" of the arm when you move it. When the tightness is at its maximum, mine is extremely hard to move and when it is at its loosest, it moves way too much. Mine arrived quite tight so make sure that you adjust this or it might seem too hard to move around.

The stand is sturdy and simple to fix TV on. Its heavy base provides stability. Happy with it.

Great product but I have to remove a couple stars. 1) Did not come with all of the necessary tools. It is missing a spanner to hold the nut while screwing the laptop plate to the VESA mount. I had a wrench on hand so I was able to finish building it, but make note of this before purchasing. 2) The included velcro strap is not big enough for a standard 15.6" laptop. I have a Lenovo E-series ThinkPad and the strap ends couldn't touch, let alone connect. Luckily I had a bunch of velcro straps so I was able to extend its length but again, buyer beware. Other than the two faults noted above, the product is great. If your arm "falls" very easily, turn the screw on the back towards the "+" half of a turn and try again. Keep turning until you reach the desired stiffness.
