Description:This product is very cost effective - it comes for the price of a regular hot water bag. Plug it to the electricity socket and it heats up in minutes. It's filled a liquid gel substance which heats up and retains the heat for a decent amount of time (varies based on different factors).Pros:- very cheap (same as or cheaper than conventional hot water rubber bags)- operates on electricity: therefore cheap and hassle free to operate.- heats faster (2-3mins). So keep reheating and using it.- build quality is good (except for the connector cable)- compact size, yet not too small- Comes in pleasant patternsCons (although at this cheap price cons don't count):- the connector cable could be slightly better quality. Also length of the cable could be more.Note:It has auto disconnect feature while heating. In a couple of minutes it will heat enough and automatically disconnect the power supply. A red LED indicator on the connector indicates that.Also, you might be able to hear the sound of the gel bubbling as it heats up. Don't be afraid. Wait for it to great up fully, let the indicator light go off, then unplug and use.Another thing to note is that the gel expand on being heated up. So the bag becomes more swollen and stiff when heated. Again, this is normal.While using, don't put all your weight on it as it might cause the bag to burst or leak the gel.

Received the product few days backPros(1)Very good quality and soft outer material.(2)Heats up pretty fast. As per the product, it takes 5-10 minutes to heat it completely and then the red light will turn off but I did not wait for red light to turn off as it got sufficiently hot in 4-5 minutes only(3)It does remain hot for about an hour or so, though as you use it, it will slowly start getting cold but you don't need hot pad for more than 10-15 minutes, so does the job perfectly.(4)It is much much better than typical and other expensive cloth based heating pads. I have one with some other company but I never got the heat I wanted. It gets cold pretty quickly as you use it and so had to order this one.Cons(1)I am not sure if it is a con but need to see how long the lead socket works without breaking because if socket breaks, the pad will be of no use. So, I am hoping that lead and socket keep working fine.(2)Ideally, the size of the pad should have been a bit more with same gel volume, Currently, with less size, after heating it swells and so a bit uncomfortable to hold and use it. With longer size and less depth, it could have been much easier to use, specially for hard to reach areas of the body.

This is an excellent product for people having joint pain. Simple yet very effective. Bought 2 products. Quickly gets heated, retains heat and very easy to apply heat in all parts of the body as the hot vag os filled with optimum quantity of gel.Using it for a week. Hoping for a durable product. Worth buying it at this price for sure

Although the bag itself is ok, the wire is very bad quality and hazardous. I have used the product only 2 times and heated the bag not over 3.5 to 4 mins. Yet the wore could not take the load. Extremely disappointed. As I have travelled I am unable to return the package.

Worth the price tag. But I missed buying a similar product which comes with a beep facility on attaining the required heating. This does not. However, the absence of this convenience in this product does not undermine its quality.
