Does anyone know if this will froth in a Nespreso?

If I mix half nutpod and half new barn unsweetened almond milk I can get it to froth in my Nespresso.

Can I use this to make pancakes?

Yes :-) I've used it in place of milk and cream for baking (used it in bread), and the plain/original, I even used for making gravy. I have had no problems cooking with it. Have fun!

I bought some of these and they appear "curdled" unlike the Nutpods I buy in the refrigerated section at my grocer. Are they truly shelf-stable?

They are shelf stable, I have never received any that appeared curdled. I would return and have them send you a replacement.
