Actually surprised to see it works as described , no excuse for poor diet and lack of exercise but definitely something that can contribute to one"s weight loss goals. Note can cause irregular bowel movement constipation direrra, etc due to fiber content and the undigestion of carbs consumed so best to try them out at home before using anywhere else so as to see how it effects you.

I open the capsules (2 of them) this lass delivery I was just curious because the bottle color has changed capsules are not only smaller the powder in the capsule is ( Way less than the original bottles that I had last month) Not only I'm (got less) product and most oddests thing I found this (blue little flakes) that is part of the capsules looks like it's inside of each capsule which is totally un safe to take you my wanna check up on that please send me a return label in the mail I'm totally disappointed you guys giving less for same amount of money also Those strange blue flicks People swallow just to fill up their capsule just to fill out the capsules are you kidding me Please respond is urgent

Highly recommend
I have used other carb blocker supplements & never noticed a difference. Within 2 weeks of using this, I lost 3lbs (I'm only 5'3, so that's a dress size) & noticed a huge decrease in appetite. I accidentally just ordered another brand by mistake & am sending it back and purchasing this again because it works. I do not get paid or get discounts for reviews & am very suspect of those reviews, so this is an authentic opinion of product.
