Excellent mascara - very glad I tried it (no clumping, sturdy brush with efficient combing action, didn't run all day) - but especially pleased with the customer service & communication. A lovely email to warn of possible mail delays (it arrived very promptly) and a similar note on the packaging, which also highlighted the environmentally friendly packing materials. Thank you!
