Just perfect
Quick and simple set up. Feels nice and sturdy. A bit of weight to it which I prefer as it assures you it’s not gonna fall apart. Looks good just wish it came with wall mount hardware. Other then that no complaints

Great 12U rack.
This NavePoint rack is very well made with all pieces fitting appropriately and fairly easy to install. The items were very well packed in the shipping box in order to arrive undamaged. The outside of my box was ripped due to the mishandling by the carrier but the contents were still intact thanks to NavePoints logistic packing.Assembly is very easy and took less than 30 minutes which included unboxing, laying the items in the right assembly order and using the provided allen key to screw the bolts into the appropriate slots and using a screwdriver for the other screws for the rack rails. This rack comes without wall mounting screws so factor that into your setup but probably due to the different walls this could be mounted to. This particular model doesn't come with the mounting rail to the wall but has 4 mounting holes 16 inches on center to be easily mounted to standard spaced studs. If you don't have studs spaced this way you can purchase a 3/4 plywood board that can be screwed to the studs first and then mount this cabinet to the plywood accordingly.A nice touch is that the side panels can be locked or not (there is a rubber plug that can be removed for mounting the provided locks). One downside is that there are three different keys for each lock, 2 for the sides and one for the front which is redundant and can be a hassle. Also this model comes with only a single fan, but there is a removable panel for a second fan if that is required and would need to be wired to the provided power cable. I purchased this due to the weight rating as it is rated for 110 pounds but will provide an update once everything is setup if it holds. So far very pleased with this product and the setup, great job Navepoint!

Order a better 120MM fan before installing this.
Pros: Sturdy cheap cabinet for mounting network equipment.Cons: Poor design and engineering on locking mechanism causing it not lining up to properly lock the cabinet front door.As others have pointed out, The fan will become super loud and vibrate your walls within in a couple of months. You are probably thinking I will just order a new fan when the time comes. The problem is the screws that hold the fan in mount from the top, so if this is your plan, make sure you leave yourself enough room to get a Phillips screwdriver in between the ceiling and the top of the cabinet.Even knowing its shortcomings, I would buy the cabinet again as I feel the structural cabinet itself is decently made and relatively easy to put together. If I didn't need a front door or fan, I would have given it 5 stars.

Great for the price. Have no concerns about strength when wall mounted.
Used two for separate networking and audio systems. Have used before on casters but had never before wall mounted. I was nervous about this unit supporting weight when wall mounted based on previous reviews but can say they seem rock solid mounted to 1 inch plywood w/sheetrock screws and 1 inch fender washers. Racks are by no means full but I have at least 50 pounds in the audio rack and would not hesitate to add more.

Get's the job done
The NavePoint 12U Server Rack Enclosure has a lot of potential, but there are a few areas that could use improvement. The build quality is solid, and the glass door gives it a sleek appearance while allowing easy visibility inside. The included cooling fan is a nice touch for keeping equipment from overheating, and the locks provide an added layer of security. However, the installation process was a bit more difficult than I expected, especially with the wall-mounting setup. The instructions weren't very clear, which added some frustration. One concern I have is with the glass door—there isn’t a mechanism to prevent it from closing too hard, which could potentially damage the glass or the rack itself. The depth is also somewhat limiting for larger equipment, so make sure to double-check your measurements before purchasing. The removable side panels are convenient for access, but they feel a bit flimsy compared to the rest of the enclosure.Overall, it's a decent option for smaller setups, but for the price, I was expecting a bit more ease of use and flexibility.
