This was recommended to me by a friend, I did my research and this supplier had excellent reviews so I decided to try it. It works really well, energy levels are w higher, i feel refreshed and invigorated after a week of using it. Highly recommended.

First of all: the taste is NOT THAT BAD! My husband and I have no problem with it. We feel more energizing.

I was hesitant of purchasing this. I have read of the multiple benefit of consuming shilajit. Detox, boost energy and overal health. Due to poor agriculture practices, the soil is totally depleted of essential trace minerals, and having reverse-osmose my weater for years, I knew it was mandatory to replenish those missing trace minerals. Fulvic acid being the main one of them. So I really wanted to give this a try but was deterred by all the coments of people saying how awful the taste is. I drink aswaganda dissolved in water every morning, which is pretty foul as it is, and didn’t need more nightmare to my taste buds on daily basis. Still, braved it up and got this. Taste was surprisignly not bad at all. If you have ever drank Lapsang Souchong tea, you’ll be surprised how similar the taste of this product is to the famous smoked tea. Very very similar. Pleasantly smoked taste, I would say. I have mixed it with horsetail tea, and a bit of honey or stevia, and the result is very pleasant. Now, the first time I consumed it, I went a bit crazy with the amount and I think I might have taken double of the recommended dosage. The result? Felt almost high for about 5 hours. Felt initially a slight preassure in my ears (weird), for about 1 hour, then after that, a bit of euphoria and extreme amount of energy. The day after, cut the dose in half, just one pea sizer, and felt again a slight pressure in my ears for 30 minutes and then a surge of energy, but nothing crazy. Have been taking it on and off. Since has to be taken in empty stomach, sometimes I forget to take it. Enjoy the product very much. Now, I have to say that it is rather pricey, so maybe would look into alternatives. All in all, a good product I recommend to those wanting to improve their health.

I first started using shilajit 5 years ago and have loved the results I have received from it. A couple years ago I received a physical and had blood work done. Every blood level marker was within range. My doctor, who has practiced for over 30 years, said he has seen maybe one other person with their blood levels all within range. I can't attribute this entirely to the shilajit, but I'm sure it didn't hurt. I'm not saying you will have the same results, but cool for me to see. This was the first time I have purchased this company's product. I am very pleased. The product is well maintained, good consistency, and can be used just like any of their competitors products I have purchased and consumed in the past. REMEMBER SHILAJIT TASTES LIKE A DIRTY SHIRT, AN OLD VACUUM BAG, AND GUITAR STRINGS. Any version will not taste good and this is no different. I have had combos of shilajit and something to something to chase it with and that has helped with the taste, but don't ever think shilajit will taste good. I gave this product 5 stars because of the overall value. It is a great price and a great product. You will not be disappointing using it.

This is my first time trying Shilajit. This product has a burnt rubber smell and taste bitter. However, taking it on an empty stomach in the morning does help with your focus throught out the day. Taking it consistently for a few days to see its effect. The only thing I dislike about this product is the plastic container used to contain the shilajit.
