Not showing accurate reading, it always shows 2kg less than the actual weight.

Inaccurate weighing machine.
It's not accurate, every other time you check the weight within a span of 5 mins it has weight difference of 300-500 grams which is not good. A difference of 100 grams is considered to be accurate but this isn't one of them. Wanted to return this product but there is no return option also there is no option to speak to customer service.
