This tastes very good and if you’re a wintergreen chew addict , this helps to satisfy if you are weaning off nicotine. Great alternative to nicotine. Good flavor but the small 20 pack will break apart in your mouth not pleasant so i use the larger 15 pack .Much better and none have broke open

Be careful, this can raise your blood pressure and give you headache, which is what happened to me. As soon as I stopped this my blood pressure went back to normal.
