Choose a sharpener where the hole size closely matches the pencil (many sharpeners come with two or even three different sized holes). Insert the tip into the sharpener and turn several times until the pencil is sharpened. Hopefully this helps, but if you still have any issues please give us a call at 1-800-715-4023. Is this eyeliner safe for contact lens users? Meaning that it would not smudge on the lens ...

I found that this liner did not stay put as well as I'd like. When using it on the inner eye water line it bleed right off.

You sharpen it. A makeup eyeliner sharpener works fine.

What is the difference between brown and brown 003?

I'm not at home right now to check, but I have brown and it's got a little shine/sparkle to it. Not sure if that is the difference. I love mine!
