NOW Foods Organic Coconut Flour,16-Ounce

I Recieved the product today but according to date on it it is expired by 11/2022

I've purchased several bags of this Now brand, and haven't been disappointed yet. Great product.

It’s coconut flour—either you’re starting a diet and hoping to make a dessert that doesn’t completely dry your mouth out, or you already know what time it is. It arrived properly packaged, and the consistency is exactly what it should be: very fine and very absorbent. If you’re baking with it, remember that a little goes a long way. You’ll need more eggs or liquid than you would with regular flour, and it works best when mixed with other flours or used in recipes designed specifically for coconut flour. It is a bit on the pricey side, but that tends to come with the territory when you’re trying to eat healthier.

This coconut flour tastes good and works with the bread recipe that I have, but kicked up the candida symptoms.
