Excellent for traveling with medication
It's hard to believe this works as stated, but it does. I have taken this all over the world and my medication can't be unrefrigerated for more than 2 or 3 hours (normally a challenge on an 11 hour flight). This works perfectly and is easy to reset. One note: Do read all the instructions and don't put this in the fridge or it will ice over. Very pleased with this and would order again if necessary.

Don’t buy the Individual/Single pen and colour bleeds
I have been a user of Frio for several years, a very handy product. However the quality has significantly deteriorated- for 1, the burgundy inner sleeve bleeds colour so it’s prone to staining your bag etc. Second- the individual sleeve is too tight and the pen often gets stuck inside. I would recommend pick the blue/black inner it bleeds less and buy the duo even if you intend using for a single pen.

Not long lasting
In couple of months , this does not get chilled in cold water .And stays only for 4-5 hours
