Nothing To Worry About
Been taking these for a while with D3, I feel great. Like many I always look at the worst reviews and there is a concern with some of the ingredients in them which are largely used in most supplements. Here is a breakdown of what they are and if they are safe.1. Dicalcium Phosphate:What it is: A calcium salt often used as a binder or filler in tablets and capsules.Safety: It's widely regarded as safe in normal supplement doses. It provides a source of calcium, but in the quantities found in supplements, it’s unlikely to cause issues unless you’re consuming very large amounts.Potential concerns: In very high doses, it can contribute to excess calcium intake, which may be a concern for people with kidney issues or those prone to kidney stones. But this is rare in typical supplement doses.2. Silicon Dioxide:What it is: A natural compound (sand or quartz) used as an anti-caking agent in powdered supplements.Safety: It's considered safe and is commonly found in many foods and supplements. The FDA lists it as a generally recognized as safe (GRAS) substance.Potential concerns: It’s virtually non-toxic and doesn’t accumulate in the body, so there’s no significant risk at the levels used in supplements.3. Magnesium Stearate:What it is: A magnesium salt of stearic acid, commonly used as a lubricant in supplement manufacturing to prevent ingredients from sticking to machinery.Safety: It’s generally considered safe in small amounts, and there are no significant health risks when consumed in normal doses. Some people may be concerned about its potential to reduce nutrient absorption, but there’s limited evidence that it affects the bioavailability of most nutrients.Potential concerns: In large doses, it could theoretically interfere with digestion or absorption, but this is unlikely unless you're taking very large amounts of magnesium stearate, which is rare in supplements.

This vitamin stopped the bleeding my nose.
I don't know how to explain it.Before I had this vitamin, my nose used to bleed every day at different times, sometimes during the day, sometimes at night while sleeping. This problem has plagued me since childhood until now, until I bought this vitamin. Now the nose doesn't bleed, maybe because this vitamin thickens the blood? People who take vitamin E should also take this vitamin because vitamin E thins the blood and causes nosebleeds or, in rare cases, internal bleeding. I would recommend that people who take blood-thinning medications consult a doctor before taking this vitamin. When I finish this vitamin, I will buy it again. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you !!!
