I was suffering from reoccurring yeast infections due to my birth control. This product was recommended by my OBGYN, and it literally changed my life. I went from 2 yeast infections a month to no more than 4-6 a year. My suffering was drastically reduced. I use the suppositories at least every week based on my schedule. I would also use it after going swimming, a stressful week, a weekend of eating and drinking wild, after my menstrual cycle, and after sexual intercourse. My pH is restored every time! The suppositories will have watery discharge so I would insert at night if I am just doing my weekly cleanse, and wear a thin pad for during the day. When I am cleansing for other purposes or to prevent yeast infections after exposure, I would use it for 1-3 days twice a day . If I get a yeast infections because I forgot to do my cleanse, I would do it 2x a day for 2 weeks (even if your symptoms stop, keep using it to the 14 days to help regain you normal pH). I have been using this product for years, and I will be a customer FOREVER.

These work great I was having a ph balance was off. Since Ive had a total hysterectomy things aren't the same. I heard about this product used it as directed noticed the smell left and I noticed my nails started getting longer and stronger too.

I was using Flower Power for a few years just bc it was the first I ever used and it was good but I always felt it could’ve dissolved better. Now I can compare with this one and this one is GREAT so far, it dissolved easier over night and I don’t have to really worry wearing a panty liner the entire day. I like the size bc it fits the applicators just right so I’m not scraping, the other suppository were too small so I would scrape my insides and I hated it not to mention it can’t be a good thing. I’m not sure if my symptoms are gone yet bc of this one since I did use my last flower power pill before this one but it usually takes me 3 days for relief and I’ve only used this one for one day and the other one so it’s been 2 days and I don’t feel I need another one. I’ll see next month since I usually just use after or before my period depending when my hormones are affecting me. But it seems very promising so far.
