Men's Outback Boot

As a Letter Carrier, I always wore Rocky shoes. They were extremely lightweight and durable which made my 11 mile daily walking route easier. Now, my newly received boots have arrived and the quality is everything I hoped they would be.

for some reason this pair of boots turn very hard in cold weather. none of my many previous pairs had this issue and I have been buying this exact style for many years. the biggest issue is with it that hard it is also VERY slick. never before have I had an issue with ice while wearing this style of Rocky boots but this pair the first cold icy day I slipped. walking outside sounds like I am walking around in high heels click click click - very annoying. I already ordered another pair for summer so I have a good pair and outside work pair but if it has the same new type sole I will have to start looking at other boots. every pair before this got 5 stars. this one I only took off one star despite them being dangerous on ice and loud when cold. the next pair having this issue will get a MUCH harsher review.
