Adoro esta marca, mas infelizmente ele não é seguro para quem tem doença celíaca (pode ter contaminação na fábrica onde é manipulado). Somente por esta razão descontinuei o uso. Para quem possa fazer uso eu super recomendo.

I use 2 tsps in my first cup of coffee every day. It’s a fine powder that dissolves instantly, and there’s no noticeable flavor! My fingernails used to break easily and are now much stronger and seem to grow faster. That’s something I only remember happening when I took prenatal vitamins. Also, I do think my hair is shinier/silkier. It seems to tangle much less (and it is long, so that can be a problem). I go through one canister of this in about 6 weeks, if that helps you decide whether or not to subscribe and get a small discount. Because I have seen positive results, I can only guess that it’s a benefit in other ways too (bones and joints) but I can’t tell for sure. I will say that it’s worth trying. I think I noticed results in about a month’s time. There is some settling, so don’t be alarmed when you see that the canister isn’t full to the top. Also, the big canister doesn’t work great with a short coffee spoon, so I transfer it to a small container that I don’t have to put my whole hand into.
