Excellent customer service
Good quality product at a reasonable price. The first set that I ordered arrived damaged. The box was obviously crushed by UPS and the plastics totes were cracked. I was very impressed with their customer service. As soon as I submitted a claim through Amazon, the company contacted me to make it right. They immediately shipped a new set (which arrived with no damage) and said I didn’t even have to return the broken ones. Excellent communication and customer service.
