Never tried another brand but these are a life changer for me! Way less anxiety and depression and negative thoughts are controllable .way less afib and improved insulin sensitivity! Started taking one a day and every week took a additional one .I'm taking 10 a day now , two at a time , spread out through out the day. Only side effects were at first , vivid dreams , felt slightly groggy during the day but none after a week of taking these.

I bought this to take because I have hashimotos (thyroid disease) I read that this is very good for thyroid health and insulin sensitivity. I started taking them for two weeks then decided to test my blood sugar one morning when I woke up. My blood sugar was at 54 I was like omg!😳 that’s way to low so I stopped taking for now and will talk to my doctor about taking it every other day instead. So I’d say this product works very well and like it’s supposed. I would buy this product again. I didn’t notice any side effects while on this medication except hypoglycemia when my sugar went all the way down.

I love everything I feel healthy when I take it

I’ve been taking Inositol for about 3 months now and can genuinely tell a difference from when I am taking it versus when I’m not. I overall have more energy and feel like I’m retaining less water weight. I’m also sleeping much better! If you have PCOS like me, I’d highly encourage you to look into the benefits of taking it! The size of the pill isn’t terrible either, so swallowing isn’t bad! The bottle is an easy open bottle so no struggling to get it open.

SUPER IMPRESSED WITH THIS ITEM. I TOOK IT FOR THE PURPOSE OF HELPING WITH HORMONE BALANCE AND PCSOS SYMPTOMS. I'VE NEVER BEEN DIAGNOSED BUT I HAVE EXCESSIVE HAIR FACIAL HAIR GROWTH AND IRREGULAR PERIODS. I DIDNT EXPECT TO HAVE RESULTS AFTER JUST A COUPLE OF WEEKS!! MY FACIAL HAIR IS THINNING AND NOT GROWING IN AS QUICKLY. IT TROUBLED MY STOMACH THE FIRST COUPLE OF DAYS BUT AFTER THAT, I WAS FINE TAKING IT ON AN EMPTY STOMACH.

My daughter takes these religiously for her PCOS depression/acne. I was getting her the more expensive $35 brand Mayo D-Inositol, but hopefully these will work just the same. She just started taking them but she’s had no complaints. She doesn’t like taking pills so she empties the contents in a glass of water and drinks it. So far so good!

No tuve problema con el producto, venia sellada perfectamente. mi problema fue con la entrega, no se realizó por parte de Amazon si no que fue mediante DHL, pésimo servicio, decía que mi dirección no existe y ya he recibido paquetes en un sin fin de ocasiones, al parecer el repartidor ni siquiera realizaba la ruta y esto ocasiono que recibiera mi paquete casi 2 semanas después de la fecha acordada de llegada, después de 2 cancelaciones de entrega a domicilio tuve que indicar que lo dejaran en una sucursal de DHL para poder tener mi paquete. muy mal el servicio de paquetería.
