Quality USA Made Product
Although the webpage doesn't state it, this is a "Temptress" branded inspection port. Temptress products have been around for30+ years and it shows in the quality, Nice heavy molding and the lid screws on and off smoothly. A bit more expensive than the Chinese stuff but well worth the extra dollar or two.

Extra "lip" on the mounting flange.
The media could not be loaded. The design if the deck plate appears to be flawed. An extra "lip" on the mounting flange will prevent it from mounting flush to the surface and/or to the cutout wall. So I am confused about the proper installation procedure as this seems to be a design flaw.
