Honestly it was great the first few nights and while I am not saying it isn’t now, I would definitely suggest it’s great for people who like hard pillows or hate sinking ones. It can be a little hard at times but just get some soft pillows in between and it’s just fine.

The media could not be loaded. I LOVE THIS PILLOW. I bought it the day that I had a serious neck and upper back crisis. It was stiff and my neck vertebrae and muscles were undergoing some crazy awful pain. I couldn't control it for the life of me, and I tried a lot of things. I'm not a huge fan of NSAIDs because I believe pain is important to help us know we need to help our bodies. I tried massaging it but my shoulders were hard as rocks. I put heat on it which loosened it some, and I used a long scarf to bind my shoulders back, which was one of the only things that helped, other than laying on the floor and crying :/. I finally settled on KT tape, and that helped a whole ton. after buying this pillow, I've seen a HUGE reduction in shoulder tightness, and haven't had any shoulder or neck or upper back pain since the purchase. I love this pillow so much and am so grateful to have found it!

This pillow felt a little too firm when I first tried it. However, after using it for a week, it softened up just enough so that it now provides me with great support for my neck and a good night's sleep.

Good pillow that gives good neck support but is not as ‘cool’ as I was hoping. Easy to form or adjust to contour to neck and head.

I suffer from cervical spinal stenosis, meaning my neck has limited motion. At night, without proper neck support, I get headaches while sleeping. This pillow helps greatly by allowing you to tailor the support you need.

All three pillows that I ordered came with a unpleasant smell, like sour milk. Thought it was the pillow cases -- washed them -- no it was the pillows. Set the pillows out in the sun all day. Nope. Put them in a tumble dryer on high heat together with a white towel wet with bleach-water. That helped, but some smell still there. Probably after manufacture they were stored or transported under warm humid conditions, allowing mold or bacteria to grow. May not happen to yours, but it happened to mine. Returning them is such a chore; I'll just keep trying to get rid of the smell. Each pillow comes with two nice pillowcases: an outer and an inner, which is an advantage.

When I first purchased this pillow, I was used to more of a bigger fluffy or pillow, and my thoughts were. It's a little hard, specially with the husk inside but decided to try it out...This is the pillow that I was using when I missed 41 phone calls, my daughter thought something had happened and sent a wellness check to my house and I didn't hear the police knocking at th her door.Since using it, I've waken up so refreshed, focused and more energetic. I've always had trouble being a light sleeper, occasionally taking naps but BAAAABY!!!
